1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of the service.
2. Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing your deposit.
Late cancellations/no-shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, your deposit will not be refunded.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
If rescheduling is requested after the 24-hour notice period, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. The deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled due to tardiness.
5. Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments.
6. Service Changes
Any changes to the services requested after the deposit is paid may require an additional deposit or payment adjustment.
7. Payment Methods
Remainder can be made via Zelle, Cash-app, Tap & of course cash . These rules ensure clear communication with clients and help prevent misunderstandings regarding deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling.
TERMS TO FOLLOW
Hair Length
Your hair must be a minimum of 5-7 inches all around to braid.
Clean Hair
Make sure your hair is clean and free of any products, including oils, leave-in conditioners, or styling products.
Product-Free
Hair should be completely product-free for the best results.
Additional Services
If you need a wash, blow-dry, or both, these services can be added on for an extra fee.
NO Serving Minors
Our services are exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older. We do not provide services to minors to ensure compliance with legal regulations and our business standards.
